Cafe Clinicum im AKH in Vienna

I'm so angry !!!It can not be normal that you have a patient who had a brain tumor surgery and take strong painkillers must give alcohol. Above all, she is not even in the right mind! INCOMPREHENSIBLE !I do not think it's allowed to give alcohol to patients.

First my criticism: in the garden is everywhere smoked. You could change that, right?Today I was once again in the clinic on a lunch menu after my control. Apparently there is a cook who enjoys working. Really well seasoned and tastefully, nicely presented. Service is fast and nice (Alexander), prices are - well - let's call it "the location adapted". But at the train station there is no discounter .... Back to the food: Next week I'll try the Eierschwammerl that were recommended to me. I'm looking forward to it, just do not want to wait too long at the station. Who do I have to talk to?

Work in the akh and lately one is ignored or blighted there. Even if bottleneck is you can say that in a nice tone. Impudence just.

Good coffee house but with long waiting times you have to expect

For the food I would normally give 4 stars, BUT: once came Sacherwürstel with juice after two times demand for about 30 minutes (I had to go away), once they came after 20 minutes with juice from potato goulash 😐. Guests really urge their order, some of them go without being able to order, even the bill is often requested several times. Schnitzel takes about the same length as sausages. Waiters are two to three (or even four), but this does not change the waiting times. The reason for the waiting time is either in the kitchen or at the service. Unfortunately.

For some reason, here's trying to sell the guests for stupid and apparently hoping that goes through.At least that's how I felt during my visit yesterday, when I ordered two apple juice sprays and these tasted so watery, as if half a liter of soda water had been stretched with only a dash of apple juice. According to the map, a drink should contain 0.2 l of smoke juice, which was certainly not the case.When I complained, the waiter did not replace the drinks, but brought a 0.2-liter bottle of apple juice and divided them on both drinks. It tasted the way I expected.The coronation was that the smoke juice was then also extra charged!

We were just after our passed exam in the Clinicum to toast. Unfortunately, we have waited ever since our order was taken and in the end we were greeted by the 59 year old blond waitress, that we have to wait outside in the cold to pay, because we sat outside (unfortunately it was not so warm). She also said that you are not served outside and that we are in the way. Unfortunately, then came the unfriendly sound and ignored us.The other waiter then said to us that they just have staff shortages and she is already 59 years old and we should have respect for the elderly, with respect to absolutely nothing to do with age!I have never experienced anything like this before.I can not skip the staff shortage and stress to my patients !!I would say that this woman is totally overwhelmed, otherwise I can not explain it to me.Apparently, this woman is often noticed when I look at the recessions so.

What a pleasant surprise. Yesterday I had lunch with a colleague at the Cafe Clinicum. The restaurant was very busy. It was therefore a little wait but we really very well fed. Menu with soup, large, nicely prepared portions and then a good coffee. Staff friendly and hard-working. We'll be back ... PS: The Asian pan was excellent

Were there at noon today. A dry toast. A goulash soup with 2 pieces of meat. Waitress unfriendly. Everything your heart desires! A disaster.

Good food, attentive service. Air conditioning was a bit too cool for me. Burgers are recommended!

There are two and it is not busy, but almost all the tables are dirty and inside almost empty. Have sat 10 minutes and when I went in to ask if self-service or service, the older man with the glasses and braid was very rude and annoyed. Would not go in again

I was yesterday in your restaurant with 5 people eat, we were served by a lovely blond lady I disagree with the previous speaker, the food was still very crowded, fast and very polite and fast service, the food was very tasteful , and by no means from the microwave, a compliment to your co-worker, who remained calm despite the maddening stress that prevails there at lunchtime. Every business can be lucky to have such a good employee, I like to come back again and again, and my visitors too.

Insanely unfriendly waitress. On my request please replace the soda lemon as it tastes of dish soap, which can indeed happen times the waitress emptied the drink into another glass and said we'll see if it tastes different now. Unfortunately it does not. No apology on the contrary although we stayed very friendly we even had to pay the drink. A visit from the market office would be appropriate.

Great kitchen. I work at the Federal Ministry and am often in the vicinity, so I often come over there. The wild garlic dishes are real poem. Unfortunately, the quality did not fit in the past. But for several months, it is again very high real and the food is very good again. Also the service is in good shape. No long waiting times. Can not share these reviews. Am more often in the restaurant and very satisfied with both the food and the service, which is very helpful in stressful situations. My friends and I visited a friend on Friday, which unfortunately has to be in the hospital at the moment. Have decided to go on an "Advent coffee" in the Clinicum. Have drank good coffee, some have also satisfied their hunger. It was really a nice afternoon. Thank you very much

Visually, the restaurant has already gotten old, but the offer fits. Gulyass soup tastes like you know it from Viennese cuisine. I had two at once. Staff is prudent if seemingly always in stress. Unfortunately, the drinks are all standard, a few juices of farmers from the surrounding area would fit here better than industrial goods from Pago and smoke.

Am often at your guest and have to say that I am always very pleased with the friendly service and very good quality food. The quality and choice of wild garlic map surpasses anything is already on absolute cap level. Have soup with Bärlauchcroutons and frittirtem wild garlic and grilled chicken breast eaten with Bärlauchtagliatelle. Since it this card still are about three weeks, according to information, you see me definitely go on a wild garlic Cordon.

Service nimble and friendly, the food rather mediocre.

Drinks were only on the table instead of "served", food was good in taste - but unfortunately only partially lukewarm, instead of "linguine" I got served spaghetti, portions were too small.
